In members' words
“Before it hurts when I lay back. Now it doesn't hurt that much.”
A 38-year-old woman with scoliosis for over 20 years, week 3
“The first time that I did the four [Syntropic] core sessions I was breathing like all here in my chest and my throat and I spent literally like a month just like trying to breathe with my whole torso and body and I feel like this area really let go so it's really cool to go through the movements again feeling like I'm doing like whole body breathing rather than this upper chest breathing”
A woman with mild scoliosis, second time through, week 3
“I lean back just a tiny bit. I usually don't do that. ... And the pain stop, the pain that I normally have in my rib ... right below that. And I just like, what is this? This is something.”
A woman with chronic rib-area pain, week 3
“My rib flare already seemed improved. That spot in my diaphragm was reduced in sensitivity 75 percent. I've been doing the Manta breath before bed and I sleep better.”
A 36-year-old man, hypermobility and a prior ACL injury, after week 1
“I have never been able to put my head back in the shower. I have always had to bend forward. So I have been practicing horse stance in the shower for a few weeks and today I have washed and conditioned my hair doing the horse stance.”
A woman, regained the ability to tilt her head back
“Recently I was long distance driving a lot and it was perfect time to practice my edges and now my sitting after several hours several days of driving and actually pressurizing feels great ... I'm never tired after driving right now as it was in the past”
A 67-year-old woman with severe S-curve scoliosis, second time through, week 4 · also practices other methods

Common questions
Is Posture Dojo legit?
Yes, in the plain sense: it is a registered business (Posture Dojo LLC) run by a named founder, Sam Miller, who teaches on camera every week and publishes his reasoning openly. You can watch hours of his teaching for free on YouTube before paying anything, and the paid program has a 30-day refund guarantee. Whether it suits your body is a different question. Results vary.
Is Posture Dojo a scam?
No. You pay a monthly or annual membership on Skool, you get live calls, recorded lessons and a community, and you can cancel anytime. If you do the program and don't feel a change for the better within 30 days, you get a full refund. We don't sell it as a cure. If anything about billing goes wrong, write to team@posturedojo.com.
Who is Sam Miller, and is he a doctor?
Sam is the founder. He is not a doctor or a physical therapist. He was diagnosed with scoliosis at 13, was told by a surgeon at 18 that surgery was too risky for him, and has spent about nine years building this method. What he knows comes from living with it, not from clinical training. More about Sam.
Is it safe? Could it make my back worse?
The practice is mostly breathing, deep-core pressure and paying attention to how your body feels, done at your own pace. It isn't heavy lifting or forcing a position. Some people feel sore in the first days, as with any new way of moving. If something hurts in a way that worries you, stop and check with your clinician. Some situations need a clinician's okay before you start, and they're listed on Posture Dojo Research.
How much does it cost?
As of November 2026, the Syntropic Core membership is $57 a month. Annual plans that include a live cohort are offered at set times during the year. Prices change, so check syntropiccore.com for today's numbers.
What is the refund policy?
From the live offer page: “Show up to the live sessions and do the program. If you don't feel a change for the better within 30 days, Sam refunds you in full. You can cancel anytime.”
Will the results wear off like everything else I tried?
Fair worry, and it's the one the program is built around. Most members arrive after physio, chiro, Schroth or yoga that helped for a while and then didn't stick. Here the practice is a short daily habit, not something done to you. We can't promise it lasts for you. The case studies show, week by week, what carried over into members' days and what didn't.
