How we collect and choose reviews
This site is run by Posture Dojo LLC. Here is where the quotes come from and the rules we follow, so you can decide how much weight to give them.
Where quotes come from
- Recorded live sessions of Syntropic Core Reset cohorts, where members talk about their week.
- Messages members send us on Skool, Instagram, TikTok and by email.
- Written feedback members give us.
We don't pay for reviews, offer discounts for them, or write them for anyone.
Our rules
- Words are never changed. We trim a quote to the relevant part and may cut filler, marked with “...”. We don't reword.
- Names are removed. Members are described by age, gender and condition where those are on record, and nothing that could identify a person: no names, initials or locations.
- Changes are labeled. “Reported change” means the member described a before and after. “In their words” means they described the experience without claiming a specific change.
- Scan results need scans. We only publish a measured curve change with the member's written consent after we have seen both X-rays.
- No borrowed reviews. A quote about one program never appears under another. That's why Posturogenesis has no reviews yet.
What this page can't tell you
We choose which quotes to show, so this is not a random sample. Members who felt little or nothing are under-represented. That's why we link to places we don't control, like the member rating on Skool and the comments on YouTube.
