Syntropic Core case studies
A handful of members, followed week by week through recorded Syntropic Core Reset sessions, in their own words. The good weeks are here. So are the confused ones, and what still wasn't working at the end.
Run by Posture Dojo LLC, which sells Syntropic Core. These are the longest records we have, not a random sample, so don't read them as typical. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed.
A 67-year-old woman with severe S-curve scoliosis
Our longest record. Sitting was her hardest place to keep pressure. Months later she said she was over that edge. Her neck is another story, and she says so.

Over 20 years of scoliosis and enough pain that she'd stopped the gym. Lying back hurt less by week 3. By the end she was still asking when her back would change.

She could tell where her posture was off but had no way to change it. Between Resets her breath moved out of her chest. Then her shoulders started to feel wrong.
Read the week-by-week recordA woman with rib-area pain
Back for a second Reset, mostly for the accountability. In week 3 her rib pain stopped for a moment. On a walk she lost it within minutes. Week 4 she tried less.

She wanted a routine instead of doing all the detective work herself. She slept better. Most of the plan didn't fit her day yet, and she said so every week.
Read the week-by-week recordHow these were put together
- From recorded cohort sessions. Each Reset cohort meets live once a week for four weeks, and members talk about their week. We went back through the transcripts and picked members whose records run across several weeks, or across two cohorts.
- Verbatim. Every quote is the member's own words, trimmed with “...”. Nothing is reworded. Words in [brackets] fix an obvious transcription error.
- Anonymized. Members are described by age, gender and condition, only where they said it themselves. No names, initials, locations, jobs or family details.
- Struggles included. Every quote is labeled: reported change, noticed, struggle or question. Weeks with nothing to report, or with a missed session, say so.
- No scans. None of these pages makes a claim about a curve measurement. We only publish one of those with a member's written consent, after we've seen both X-rays.
- Not a random sample. We chose the richest records. People who felt little, or stopped coming, are not here.
For shorter quotes from more members, read Syntropic Core reviews. For the full rules, see how we collect and choose reviews.
