Sam Miller

Founder of Posture Dojo and creator of Syntropic Core. Known online as FlowWolf.

Sam was scanned and diagnosed with scoliosis at 13. At 18 he booked a surgeon, who told him surgery was too risky and that he would have to live with it. At 33 his body collapsed. He has lived with scoliosis for about 20 years and has spent about nine of them building the method he now teaches.

He is not a doctor or a physical therapist, and he doesn't present himself as one. What he teaches, he tried on his own body first. He teaches live every week and writes up his reasoning in public so people can check it.

He founded Posture Dojo in 2019. He teaches inside the Posture Dojo community on Skool and publishes free videos on YouTube, Instagram and TikTok.
